Hey — I'm the person behind HorizonIT. I'm a college student based in Crawfordsville, and I started this business because I kept seeing people around me struggle with tech problems that felt way more complicated than they needed to be. Slow computers, confusing printers, Wi-Fi that just won't cooperate — these are everyday frustrations, and most people just want someone they can trust to help them sort it out.

That's exactly what I want HorizonIT to be. Not a big impersonal shop where you drop off your device and hope for the best. Just a reliable local person you can actually call — someone who explains things clearly, gives you their honest opinion, and doesn't try to upsell you on things you don't need.

I genuinely care about helping people in this community. Whether you're a family dealing with a virus on the family computer, an older adult who just got a new device and isn't sure where to start, or anyone in between — I'm happy to help. If something isn't worth fixing, I'll tell you that too. I'd rather give you honest advice than charge you for something that doesn't make sense.
